TRADE APPLICATION

TRADE POLICIES:

The trade program offers designer net pricing exclusively on special orders from an extensive selection of furniture, lighting, tile, hardware, and decor.

Trade discount applies to merchandise only. Freight charges are excluded from additional discount but estimated for you at time of quoting.

XOJ is a to-the-trade only showroom. Clients must be accompanied in the studio by the designer. We will not discuss pricing or give a discount to a client directly.

All special orders are final sale and must be approved by the designer and paid in full prior to being processed. Once payment is remitted, there are no cancelations or refunds.

Payment is due prior to processing vendor orders and the receipt of in store items.

XOJ will not be responsible for any and all delays in shipping or delivery of any merchandise by its manufacturer and/or distributor.

Designers must designate the ship-to location. Please note: many of our vendors only ship to a receiver. XOJ is not a receiver and will therefore cannot receive special order deliveries.

If a client requests a Cutting for Approval (CFA), all claims to return/exchange the textile must be made within 4 days upon receipt of the order.

To qualify to make a claim, designers must request and approve their CFA in writing.

Damages and claims must be filed within the regulations of the specific vendor. Please inquire at time of purchase.

Designers are responsible for measurements for all orders as well as the ability of items to be delivered through doorways or any obstacles.

Every attempt is made to have the most current and correct pricing on our items. XOJ is not responsible for typographical errors.
